Buyers and suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide and for honoring the terms agreed upon in any order or negotiated offer. B2BWiseMarket facilitates connections between buyers and suppliers but is not a party to the underlying trade agreement between them.

Suppliers must maintain accurate product listings and fulfill orders as described. Buyers are expected to pay for orders according to the agreed payment method. Accounts found violating these terms may be suspended.
